ORDERS & PAYMENTS
How do I place an order? Browse our collections, select your item, choose any options (size, color, finish), and click Add to Cart. Proceed to checkout and follow the prompts to complete your purchase securely.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
Can I modify or cancel my order? Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, your order may already be in processing. Contact us immediately at support@lovisio.com if you need to make changes.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Where do you ship? We ship to 230+ countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How long does delivery take?
- Standard (US): 5–10 business days
- Expedited (US): 2–4 business days
- International: 10–21 business days
- Large/oversized items (white-glove): 7–14 business days
How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use the link provided to monitor your delivery in real time.
Do you offer free shipping? Yes — free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders. Eligibility is shown at checkout.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on most items. Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging. See our full
How do I start a return? Email support@lovisio.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
When will I receive my refund? Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return, back to your original payment method.
What if my item arrived damaged? Please photograph the damage and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Are your products true to the photos? We do our best to represent products accurately. Slight variations in color or finish may occur due to photography lighting and screen settings.
Do you offer custom or made-to-order furniture? Some items may be available in custom configurations. Contact us at support@lovisio.com to inquire about specific pieces.
Do your products come with a warranty? Warranty terms vary by product. Any applicable warranty information is listed on the individual product page.
