DIGITAL PRODUCTS (eBooks, PDF Guides & Downloadable Content)

 

All digital products sold on Lovisio Home  including eBooks, PDF guides, and downloadable files  are delivered electronically and made instantly available upon purchase.

 

Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned in the traditional sense, all sales on digital products are final once the download link has been delivered.

 

Refund Eligibility:

We will issue a full refund if:

• You were unable to download or access the file due to a technical error on our end
• - The file delivered was corrupted, incomplete, or significantly different from the product description
• - You contact us within 14 days of your purchase date

We will not issue a refund if:

• You have already downloaded and accessed the file
• - You changed your mind after downloading
• - The issue is due to your own device or software incompatibility

How to Request a Refund:

Refund Processing:
